Our services
Teachrelays LLC matches families in the UAE with vetted remote teachers for IGCSE, O-Level and A-Level classes, delivered online over Zoom or Google Meet. Classes are one-on-one unless you have booked a group crash course.
Booking and payment
Classes are arranged class by class on WhatsApp. Payment is per class, in advance, by bank transfer — we share the details on WhatsApp. Online card payment is coming soon. There are no packages and no lock-ins: you can stop at any time.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
Reschedule any class free of charge up to 6 hours before it starts by messaging us on WhatsApp. Cancellations or changes with less than 6 hours' notice are charged as a full class, because by then your teacher has prepared and reserved that hour exclusively for your child. We do not offer cash refunds on prepaid classes; instead, any unused class stays in your account as class credit, valid for 6 months, usable for any subject or teacher, and transferable to a sibling. Exam crash-course seats are non-refundable once booked, but fully transferable to another student at no charge until the course begins. Once a crash course has started, seats can no longer be transferred or refunded. The 30-minute demo class is always free.
The free demo
Every family gets one free 30-minute demo class. It is a real mini-lesson on the topic you tell us about, not a sales call, and it carries no obligation to continue. Extra free demos are at our discretion.
Teacher re-matching
If your child does not click with a teacher, tell us on WhatsApp and we will match a different teacher for the next class at no extra cost.
Recordings
Classes are recorded only on request. Recordings are shared privately with the parent for revision and must not be published, resold or shared publicly.
Intellectual property
Worksheets, notes, recordings and other materials we provide remain the property of Teachrelays LLC or its teachers, and are licensed to you for your own child's personal study only.
Liability
We work hard to match strong teachers and improve understanding, but we cannot guarantee particular grades or exam outcomes. Our liability for any class is limited to the amount you paid for that class.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
